What data Cliniflo holds
Cliniflo is an AI receptionist used by businesses to handle their inbound leads. Depending on how you interacted with a business using Cliniflo, we may hold:
- Your name, phone number, and email address if you submitted a lead form, messaged the business on WhatsApp, or booked an appointment.
- Messages you sent to or received from the business through Cliniflo.
- Booking history, including the appointments you scheduled and any deposit payments (deposits themselves are processed by Stripe — Cliniflo only stores the reference ID).
- Facebook user ID if you connected via a Meta Lead Ads form (this is the only Facebook data Cliniflo holds about lead-form respondents).
Cliniflo does not hold your Facebook profile, friends list, photos, or any other Facebook data beyond your lead-form submission.
How to request deletion
You have three options:
- Use the form below — fastest. Tell us the email and/or phone number you used, and we'll delete everything we hold within 30 days.
- Email us directly at reece@cliniflo.app with the subject line "Data deletion request". Include the email address or phone number you used.
- Remove Cliniflo from your Facebook account — if you interacted via a Facebook Lead Ad, going to Facebook → Settings → Apps and Websites and removing Cliniflo will automatically notify us, and we'll delete the data within 30 days.
What "deletion" means
On a verified request we will permanently delete or irreversibly anonymise your personal data from Cliniflo's primary database within 30 days. Some data may be retained longer where we have a legal obligation to keep it (e.g. financial records for HMRC must be kept for 6 years), but it will be locked from any operational use.
Note: Cliniflo processes data on behalf of the business you contacted. If you have an ongoing relationship with that business, they may retain a copy of your data in their own systems independently of Cliniflo. We will let them know of your request, but you may also wish to contact them directly.
