Do I have to migrate off Pabau, Fresha or Cliniko?

Will it actually book into my diary?

Yes. Cliniflo reads real availability directly from Wix Bookings, Fresha, Pabau or Cliniko, offers only genuinely open slots, and writes the booking back once the deposit clears. No fake placeholders and no double bookings.

What about Meta's 24-hour WhatsApp window?

Accepted Answer

When a patient messages the clinic, Meta opens a 24-hour window and Cliniflo replies in free-form — no template needed. Every inbound message reopens the window. Once it closes, Meta only allows a pre-approved template to restart the conversation, so Cliniflo uses templates for follow-ups and campaigns. Clinics build those templates inside Cliniflo and submit them to Meta for approval from the dashboard, with pending, approved and rejected status shown along with Meta's reason. Meta charges for WhatsApp messages: since October 2026 each number gets 1,000 free service messages a month, after which free-form replies are billed at the market utility rate and templates are billed per message. Those charges come from Meta to the clinic's own WhatsApp account and are separate from the Cliniflo plan.

Can it take deposits?

Yes, through Stripe Connect using your own Stripe account and your own bank account. The deposit lands with you and Cliniflo never touches the money. It is configurable per service: amount, when the link expires and whether the slot releases on expiry. Taking a deposit before the slot is held reduces no-show risk.

Does it diagnose or give medical advice?

Never. Suitability questions and contraindication triggers are operator-defined per service and enforced deterministically by the backend rule engine. Cliniflo follows your rules, never makes a clinical decision, and hands off to a human when uncertain.

How fast can it go live?

Five to seven working days end to end, including Meta WhatsApp Business API verification. We do the onboarding for you: bring your services, your prices and your suitability questions and we handle the rest.

What if a lead asks something Cliniflo doesn't know?

You can sign up free and build your whole setup before paying anything. Monthly plans are Starter £139 for 250 tasks, Growth £319 for 750 and Pro £599 for 2,000, with a Custom tier quoted on a call. Every tier includes every feature — you only pick your task allowance. Billed annually you pay upfront and save 20%: Starter £1,332 a year (£111/month equivalent), Growth £3,060 and Pro £5,748. A task is a message Cliniflo sends, a minute of AI call time, or a booking written into your diary; patient replies are free. Going over costs 8p per task and never stops mid-conversation. Guided setup is optional — free on annual plans, or a one-off £495 if you pay monthly.

Am I locked into a long contract?

Monthly plans run month to month — cancel any time from your billing page and the plan stops at the end of the month you are in. Annual plans are paid upfront for 12 months and can be cancelled before they renew. Your diary, your Stripe account and your WhatsApp number all stay yours.

Is patient data handled safely and is Cliniflo GDPR compliant?

Yes. Cliniflo is built for UK clinics under UK GDPR. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, each clinic's data is isolated per tenant, your conversations are never used to train third-party models, and you can request deletion at any time from the data deletion page.
