Inside the 24-hour window Cliniflo sends free-text replies. Outside it Cliniflo sends pre-approved templates that you control. If Meta rejects a message for any reason, the operator gets an alert with the exact error and a one-click resend-as-template option.

Can it take deposits?

Accepted Answer

Yes, through Stripe Connect using your own Stripe account and your own bank account. The deposit lands with you and Cliniflo never touches the money. It is configurable per service: amount, when the link expires and whether the slot releases on expiry.

Does it diagnose or give medical advice?

Accepted Answer

Never. Suitability questions and contraindication triggers are operator-defined per service and enforced deterministically by the backend rule engine. Cliniflo follows your rules, never makes a clinical decision, and hands off to a human when uncertain.

A task is a message Cliniflo sends, a minute of AI call time, or a booking written into your diary; patient replies are free. Going over costs 8p per task and never stops mid-conversation. There is also a one-off setup fee: £995 single-site or £2,000 multi-site, onboarding included.

Am I locked into a long contract?

No. Plans run month to month after setup and you can cancel at any time from your billing page. Your diary, your Stripe account and your WhatsApp number all stay yours.

Yes. Cliniflo is built for UK clinics under UK GDPR. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, each clinic's data is isolated per tenant, your conversations are never used to train third-party models, and you can request deletion at any time from the data deletion page.
